Taught by Alexandra Radoaca, an herbalist, wilderness guide, and sound practitioner. Alexandra focuses on building health through nourishment and working with accessible, abundant local plants. She believes herbalism is for everyone—all it takes is curiosity and a willingness to connect with the plants. Alexandra is the founder of Mindful Wilderness, an organization dedicated to herbal education, and Vulgaris Herbs a shop in Sugar Loaf, NY offering small-batch herbal remedies, botanical art, and workshops.
